公司 TBD 系列钢丝胶带提升机适用于提升生料、水泥等散装物料。
SINOMA-TCDRI TBD series belt bucket elevator is used for elevating bulk materials such as raw mill and cement.
结构特点：
●头、尾滚筒采用鼓形表面，可自动纠正胶带的运行。
The head and tail pulley are drum-shaped surface,
which can automatically correct the alignment of the
belt;
●头部滚筒面由可更换的摩擦衬片组成，维修更换方便。
The head pulley at the top is made up of segmented
friction lining, which is convenient for repair and
replacement;
●笼型结构的尾部滚筒，避免了物料堆积。
The tail pulley is cage structure, which prevents material from piling up;
●料斗与胶带之间有成型的橡胶垫板，在料斗绕过头尾滚筒时起缓冲作用。
Rubber pads placed between the buckets and the belt as cushion when the buckets pass the head and tail
pulleys;
●料斗与胶带的固定采用带钉的碟形螺栓和碟形垫圈，以避免紧固螺栓的转动。
The fixing of buckets and the belt is done by tapered fasteners fixed to a small base plate with a butterfly
shaped washer, which prevents the fasteners from moving

链式提升机
公司 NB 系列斗式提升机主要用于垂直提升散状物料，主要分为：NBC 型、NBS 型和 NBH 型三种型式。
SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
● NBC 型：适合以中低速提升石灰石、熟料等；
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
● NBS 型：适合以低速提升粉状物料和小颗粒状物料；
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
● NBH 型（NBH-C)：由 NBS 发展的一种高速斗式提升机，由于运行速度高，在提升能力相同时，可采用比
NBS 型小的提升机，非常经济。
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.

A chain conveyor is used for horizontal or inclined (within 15°) transport of powdery and granulated materials.
It has been widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation and food processing.

斗式输送机
NAB 链斗输送机：适用于磨损性强、块状物料。具备了斗式提升机的特点同时又可以像刮板机一样复杂的输送
路线。
NAB type Elevator: suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material, it has the same characteristic with
NB type elevator, however, it will provide the complicated conveying route like scraper conveyor.
结构特点：
●由于是料斗的形式、适用于化工行业可以输送磨损性大的块状物料
It is suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material in Chemical Industry.
●既可以水平→垂直（倾斜）、又可以水平→垂直（倾斜）→水平的输送路线
The conveying route can be: From Horizonal to Vertical, From Horizonal to Vertical then to Horizonal.

运行时杂音小、比较安静满足环保对噪音的要求。
The noise is much lower, it will satisfy the requirements from Environmental Protection.

壳体是密闭构造，再加上斗子形式。不会向外漏料。
